Rifle Creek has a large junior golf program with clinics, leagues and tournaments available.

Junior Golf Clinics

June 1st-4th and June 8th-11th

Our junior golf clinics are put on by the Rifle Parks & Recreation.

There are two age groups available: 7-10 and 11-15.

We will host two sessions per day from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

Rifle Creek Junior League:

June 16th through July 21st

$50 registration fee per child.

The daily fee per child is $5.

We have 3 main divisions in Junior League, which are the 3-hole, 5-hole and 9-hole divisions. An 18-hole division is available for high school golfers or those with more experience.

We have league punch passes available for purchase that include the registration fee and weekly fees.

This is not a competitive golf league format. Rather, it is used to encourage young golfers to enjoy the game of golf with proper etiquette and show integrity and respect to themselves, their competitors and all adults.

We can always use help with scorekeepers, so it is encouraged that parents walk with their children and help keep their group's score.

Junior League is NOT a daycare.

The registration fee may be paid with a card, check or cash, but the weekly $5 fee will only be accepted in cash.

9-Holers:

Tee times will start at 9:00am each Tuesday for 9-holers. They need to be checked in by 8:45am. This group will walk the front 9 and play from the red tees, and compete individually.

5-Holers:

Tee times will start at 11:00am each Tuesday for 5-holers. They need to be checked in by 10:45am. This group will walk holes 1-5 in a random order, teeing off from the 150-yard markers. On hole 5, they will play from the red tees. This group will compete individually.

3-Holers:

Tee times will be starting at 11:30am each Tuesday for the 3-holers. They need to be checked in by 11:15am. This group will walk holes 7-9 in a random order. They will tee off from the 150-yard markers, and participate in a team scramble with 3-4 players per team.

West Chapter Junior Aces Tour

We host a junior golf tournament with the West Chapter Junior Aces Tour each year.

This event is scheduled at Rifle Creek for July 13th, 2026 at 9:00 a.m.

We also host a junior golf tournament with the Colorado PGA Junior Golf Tour.
